These chairs are just as pictured. High quality, and easy to assemble. I assembled them both myself and each chair took me about 20 min. So happy with the finished product.

Customer service was amazing! We bought 2 of these and upon arrival discovered one chair had some damage and the wrong screws. The customer service team corrected both of these issues with zero hesitation. I was able to access the entire conversation related to the piece throughout the whole process. The chairs were easy to put together. They feel sturdy, and they look great in our home. Will buy from this website again for sure.
This is an attractive chair. The leather is comfortable and soft. I am not disappointed at all, instead, very impressed. It is a sophisticated looking chair.
